I'm pretty sure its one of the missions that gives it to you... I can't be 100% sure tho cuz I got mine a while ago. And I think my husband actually got it for me.

I think you have to be level 4 before the mission to attend a Vampires Anon. meeting is offered in the Lower East Side (NY), and it is a one time mission that provides the pamphlet.

Nothing really, besides access to the Vampire Anonymous meeting mission, which really is only used for more lightness. No point in it if you're going for a more dark vampire.
