Isle of Lewis...

I've been sending out broadcasts, but getting ignored. How do I get to the Isle of Lewis to see Ewan MacFaol? Also, why is it that the higher you go in levels, the longer it takes to pass them? When I try to pass levels I run out of energy to fast, and it takes so long to regenerate? It gets frustrating having to wait for that to happen? Am I doing something wrong?

I had the same issue with the Isle of Lewis...you have to level up a few times, but it will appear on your travel list from Edinburgh. Also, as you level up, it takes more experience points to get to the next level. If it took 500 exp. to get from level 20 to 21, it will take 700 to get from 21 to 22, etc. And the only way to avoid running out as quickly would be to use more skill points on energy/chi. Also check for missions that offer more exp. for less energy and focus on those. Hope this helps =)
