stuck in new jersey

i know you guys are probably sick of this question but i am at level 21 and i still can't go to scottland i choose to save the girl can someone please tell if i did something wrong or if i missed something along the way

Did you do the mission where you get the wolf girl's story? You may have to level up first.

yes i got her story already but i will keep leveling till i get to go to scottland

You need to travel to the Lower East Side to catch the plane.

According to Ange's mission page I need to be lvl 20, in Jersey to catch a plane to Scotland.


I am lvl 20, in jersey and no plane (LES has no plane either)

I have received the werewolf girls story

HOWEVER I have NOT chosen to befriend or betray her (as I want to befriend her but it requires 200 energy so I will wait)

MUST I do the one time only choice in order to move forward or will it pop up at a later level than what Ange said?

Yes you must do the one time only missions as they advance the story line.
