Ability to Search for a Vampire

You can...if you have their USER ID.....
Technically that's not searching... you would know that since you have a search bar link in your signature :P

Totally Agreed!

Who is able to remember all of those numbers? No one... It's easier to remember a name and type in that name. This is what I'm asking for, not a User ID search.

It's not really a friend's page that I want to search for but an enemy.

Say you get a bulletin from your clan saying something like this guy drained me over and over again please help me make him pay (just an example).

I'd like to be able to search for that person and do whatever :p

My response to that is always to ask the requesting individual for the target's UID#, explaining to them how to figure it out if they do not already know. If they are not willing to take the time to provide the necessary information (after being instructed on how to do so) then why should they feel I will take my time to hunt down the target and do all the work? ;) Mind you, I'd still like search capability, but it also would raise the potential issues caused by there being allowed multiple characters by the same names (at least last I checked, perhaps that has already been fixed...) and I also want it to apply to the invite and clan pages as well :).

Well personally I don't know how to search by ID and the whole point of games like this is to be user friendly, making vamps searchable by the name would make this infinately easier.:p

Major plus on it being applied to the invite and clan pages. I mean, at least I can use the Ctrl + F function on firefox, but still have to click each page and then use the function again to find who I need. I have to say though, the search idea for just finding your enemies, well that will make stalking, and ganging up on others a bit more prominent than it is now.

Check out the ID #s Explained thread here on the forums, it'll tell you all you need to know about both figuring out the ID of a target, as well as finding that person once you have their ID from someone else.
